How to Book A Course
For all courses and events (except courses marked as Organic Centre courses), please contact us by email first, and we will temporarily hold a spot on the course you are interested in, and then post in your full payment, along with your contact details (please include a phone number!) to secure your place. To book a course marked as an Organic Centre course, please contact them directly.
Payment methods
- Cheques and Bank Drafts: Please cross cheques and make them payable to "Carraig Dúlra Limited." Please don't send cash through the post!
- Paypal or Credit Card: Please go to our Paypal page. You do not need a paypal account to use your credit card.

Refunds
For all courses except those administered by the Organic Centre, Course fees are refundable up to 3 weeks before the course begins, less a €10 administration fee, or you can apply the full course cost (no admin fee) towards another course at Carraig Dulra within a year. Because we have to confirm tutor schedules in advance, no refunds are available for cancellations less than 3 weeks before a course, but you may give your place on the course to someone else at no cost.
Vouchers
Carraig Dúlra vouchers can be used for courses, events and products at the OOOOBY Store, up to the voucher expiry date. Organic Centre vouchers are not redeemable at the OOOOBY Store, but may be used for those courses of ours which are administered by the Organic Centre. Vouchers have no cash value and are not refundable, but you can transfer a voucher to someone else (please let us know).
To book a course with your voucher, just give your voucher number. If you cannot attend the course, you must cancel 3 weeks before the course to preserve your voucher, after that stage your place on the course cannot be canceled (you can give it to someone else at any stage).
