Get Involved/Open days

We try to welcome everyone to this peaceful place because we wish to share the land we have been lucky enough to be able to buy. Volunteers are always welcome and there is plenty to learn! See WWOOFing or Volunteering.

We hold regular volunteer days and are very open to, family volunteering/social picnic days with plenty of opportunities for unstructured time for children and adults to explore nature together. We love to see the children off exploring alone, or in small self selected groups, and listening to their adventures on return. We smile when we watch as they grab an adult by the hand to show them some wonder.

Off-farm volunteers - administration
There is a large amount of administrative work supporting the facilities and events at Carraig Dúlra.  If office admin is your strength and you'd like to contribute to the Carraig Dúlra community, we'd very much like to hear from you!

Groups
If you belong to a group/club and are interested in visiting, running a course or other ideas, please contact us and we can discuss possibilities.

Suzie has a keen interest in community gardening. She is available to advise and help groups wishing to start a garden and will share her knowledge, experience and information on resources. If you would like to join Wicklow Community Gardening Group a new group set up to "seed" community gardens anywhere a group has access to a plot, please get in touch at communitygarden@dulra.org. Carraig Dulra is proud to sponsor this community effort.

Donating
Carraig Dulra doesn't yet generate enough income to pay for all its expenses, so if you have the resources, your donation of money or things go a long way to helping!
