Winter Solstice Celebration & Christmas Fair

Come help us banish the darkness with a celebration of light on Saturday 19th December.  Along with the child-friendly celebration, there will also be a Christmas fair for local, fairtrade & eco-friendly food & craft; a relaxed community space to do your last minute shopping.  The Fair and Celebration run from 1-4pm, and Santa will arrive at 2:30pm.  Please print out and put up the flyer in your workplace, school or organisation, or pass it on to people who might be interested.

This is our last event of the year; the OOOOBY store will reopen in January. 

Last Wholefoods Order

If you would like to stock up on any wholefoods or other household items for the holidays, we are taking orders up until Thursday 17th December at lunchtime.  Orders received by then will be ready for collection at the Solstice Celebration on Saturday, or by arrangement during the following week.  Our online order system is available at www.dulra.org/catalog.  You can now pay securely online with Paypal or a credit card (however note that Paypal/CC payments cost us more, so if possible we prefer cash, cheque or bank transfer)

One day "survival" course

Our primitive living skills instructor Anthonio Akkermans will be teaching a one day survival course at Carraig Dulra in 2010.  Please contact us asap if you are interested, as we expect places to go quickly for this.  The cost is €95.  We can issue gift vouchers for this course; please contact us for more information.

We have a full schedule of courses for 2010.  Most are now listed on the Organic Centre's website, where you can also book them online.  Others will be announced in future newsletters.
