For many years, BIONET has proven to be the only reliable "organic" method to kep the carrot fly off carrots, parsnips, parsley and cabbage fly off brassicas.
BIONET protects the crops as well against hail- and wind damage, bird- or rabbit ttacks and reduces soil erosion.

Note that BIONET is put directly on the seed bed. The plants will push the netting up. Allow 50cm - 60cm (20-24") of spare netting on either side for the growth of the crop - e.g. a bed of 1.4m (4'6") width will be fine with 2.6m wide netting.
