The Chillington Trenching Hoe is ideal for fast trenching work and earthing up of potatoes and other crops, also used for verge control, edging and banking.
This Hoe is used for digging of broken ground and general garden digging because of its robust construction. It is much faster and easier than a traditional spade.
If you look at the Trenching Hoe blade you can see it is sharp for chopping up weeds and their root systems, making it ideal for ground clearence of small bush and brambles etc etc.
The Chillington Trenching Hoe is made from forged steel.
